Can I use Utah Fits All to pay for the Academy?

We have students who use Utah Fits All to finance Called to Learn Academy courses. However, we’ve chosen not to be on their vendor list due to several restrictive conditions. The Utah Fits All program is managed by Odyssey, an out-of-state company under New York State law, requiring extensive oversight, including teacher fingerprinting and background checks for in-person events, pre-approval for service or pricing changes, and routing all discounts, scholarships, communications, and marketing materials through Odyssey. Additionally, we must provide detailed class and material shipment tracking, grant Odyssey full control to modify our marketing content, and accept one-sided legal terms that prevent us from countersuing or holding them liable for losses, even if they’re at fault. These constraints limit our flexibility and autonomy, making participation unfeasible.
